IN Compass Health Announces Gretchen Morin

Alpharetta, GA.  IN Compass Health has named Gretchen Morin, executive vice president of operations.

Gretchen is a high-performing healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital operational excellence, process improvement, physician contracting, and providing exceptional patient care. She was most recently Chief Administrative Officer of Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, part of the Roper St. Francis Healthcare System in Charleston, South Carolina.  IN Compass Health was first introduced to Gretchen when she was responsible for Acute Care Medicine and the hospitalist program which IN Compass Health manages.  Gretchen also served as the Associate Vice President for Women, Infants & Children, and Neurosciences for Roper St. Francis Healthcare.  Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital has been the recipient of numerous awards including being ranked as a national “Top Hospital” by the Leapfrog Group, and a Truven Health Top 100 Hospital, both in recognition of its achievements in patient safety and quality.  Bon Secours St. Francis is also a three-time Magnet Hospital.

She began her healthcare career in nationally known health systems such as the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and honed her operational management and process improvement expertise as Director of Operations at Mercy Medical Center and Chief Operating Officer of PreveCare, a progressive healthcare facility for the prevention and early detection of disease.  Gretchen earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Stonehill College.
