IN Compass Health, the leading provider of quality hospital medicine services is pleased to announce that it will expand its presence in the Imperial Valley of California by partnering with Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District to provide hospitalist services. Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District (PMHD) is a highly recognized acute care facility committed to providing state-of-the-art healthcare in the southeastern portion of California. Beginning January 1, 2023, a team of IN Compass Health locally based clinicians will begin staffing and managing the hospitalist program for patients at Pioneers Memorial Hospital.
The new service agreement expands IN Compass Health’s already successful relationship with El Centro Regional Medical Center in El Centro, CA, and enhances the company’s ability to attract quality physicians and clinicians to manage the inpatient programs in the Imperial Valley Healthcare District. “We are excited to partner with IN Compass Health based on their national reputation for managing quality hospital medicine programs and their knowledge and experience in inpatient care in the Imperial Valley,” said Damon Sorensen, Interim CEO of Pioneer Memorial Hospital. “This is another step in the hospital’s continued improvement in quality care services for our patients and expanded ability to recruit and retain quality physician providers to the valley.”
