Joel’s background as a critical care nurse and over 18 years of acute care hospital experience make him uniquely qualified to provide operational oversight to our emergency medicine and hospitalist programs.
Joel Bradley joined the IN Compass Health’s leadership team in 2013. His years of experience in acute care management in healthcare IT and business development combined with his clinical experience as a critical care nurse allow him to bring a unique perspective and expertise to managing and improving the day-to-day operations of hospital inpatient medicine programs. Joel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bob Jones University and an International Master of Business Administration from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England.
