Hospitalist Physician (multiple positions) – 24 ON Physicians of California, PC

Render medical services at the hospital in the medical specialty of hospital medicine. Provide appropriate general hospital medicine care and management of patients as a Hospitalist, including, but not limited to, appropriate evaluation, treatment and follow-up care for patients. Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include complete daily rotations; diagnose medical conditions; prescribe medications & develop treatment plans; treat chronic diseases or disorders; order medical diagnostic or clinical tests; analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment; admit patients for hospital stays; refer patients to medical specialists, social services or other professionals as appropriate; and conduct discharge planning and discharge patients. Collaborate with the team, other healthcare professionals and ancillary personnel to resolve issues or concerns.
