Prior to joining IN Compass Health, Jonathan led strategic growth initiatives for a telehealth behavioral health company and has led business development solutions for hospital based physician services and technology companies to improve the operational and financial performance of hospitalists, emergency medicine, critical care, and anesthesia service lines. Known for his integrity, collaborative leadership style, and ability to execute in complex environments, Jonathan consistently positions organizations for sustainable growth in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the State University of New York in Oswego and volunteers with the 42 Baseball Club, a youth baseball program to teach the value of baseball.
