Regional Director of Operations – IN Compass Health
Position Summary
This individual is responsible for the overall management of the Hospital contract and on-site Program. The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is the primary contact for the Program and Client, and reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. They are accountable for the financial performance and retention of the Program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish operations initiatives for improvement in; the quality, the financial stability of the Program. Additionally, the RDO is responsible for;
-P&L and Budget responsibility
-Managing and enhancing Client relationships
-The Program Contract Renewal process and the development of the pro-forma and renewal agreement/amendment.
-Physician Retention and contract negotiation
-Remote position with 30% to 50% travel
-Other duties as assigned
