Managing a hospitalist program is challenging.  The greatest challenge is the shortage of qualified physicians.   IN Compass Health Inc., was able to fill these positions for less than we could recruit independently; therefore reducing program cost during these difficult financial times.
IN Compass Health Inc., also took great care in listening to our leadership as they expressed their wants and needs, and tailored a program along with personnel to meet these requirements
