Tom Smith, MD
Vice President of Clinical QualityDr. Smith joined ICH in 2000 as the hospitalist Medical Director
at North Fulton Regional Medical Center in Alpharetta, GA. He continues to serve in this capacity as
well as the Vice President of Clinical Quality with responsibilities for
managing the overall clinical quality and directing all quality management and
performance improvement efforts.

Vice President of Clinical Operations Dr. Warner is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and
is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of our programs.
Additionally, Gavin supervises the overall leadership development
of our program Medical Directors helping us identify and train hospitalist
leaders of the future.

healthcare experience exclusively related to business development and
operations in the contract management arena. She has a Bachelor of
Science in Nursing from Auburn University and a Masters of Business
Administration from Brenau University.

Vice President of Recruitment Services
Ms. Smith has over 15 years of physician recruiting experience.
The last eight years, she has been leading some of the largest Emergency
Medicine and Hospitalist recruiting departments in the industry. Ms.
Smith manages the day to day deployment of the recruiting team and works hand
in hand with the ICH’s management team to build Hospitalist practices
throughout the U.S.
