Job Details

IN Compass Health is currently seeking full time Hospitalist Physicians to join the hospitalist team at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, FL. This 176-bed facility is ranked in the top 3% for patient safety in the nation as well as nationally certified by the Joint Commission in spine, stroke, and wound care excellence. Panama City is located on the panhandle of Northwest Florida on the beautiful St. Andrew's Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The city is known for its pleasant climate, attractive housing opportunities, fishing and water sports, arts and entertainment, and ideal small town environment for raising a family.

Complete sub-specialty support
Managed case loads averaging 17 encounters per 12-hour day-shift.

Beaufort Memorial Hospital has been an InCompass client since August 2005.  The company has provided us with stable inpatient hospitalists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our medical staff has been very happy to have an inhouse hospitalist service that responds to the emergency room and provides continuity of care.
