IN Compass Health is currently seeking Hospitalist Physicians to join the hospitalist team at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, OH.  This 200 physician facility is located in an independent community that retains its small town qualities while benefiting from northward growth from the Columbus region. Delaware County has been the state's fastest growing county for more than a decade and is among the top-20 fastest growing, wealthiest and most-educated areas in the nation.

7 on / 7 off flexible block scheduling 
Highly experienced, 4-physician program model. 
Complete sub-specialty support 
Managed case loads averaging 17 encounters per 12-hour day-shift.
